Can I return or exchange my order?

Yes! Please initiate your return within 7 days of receiving your order (please note we are not liable for any costs involved with the shipping of returns). If you have an account, please select ‘Make a return’. For guest checkouts or additional help, please email support@everyday-atheltic.com with the following info: 

Your order number, name + email address: 

Specify the item you wish to return or exchange & please provide a reason for return (for example: wrong colour, size doesn’t fit)

We’ll get back to you within 2-3 business days (don’t worry, so as long as you submitted your return within 7 days + your products meet our return requirements, your refund/exchange will be processed)

How long will it take to get my order? Can I track it?

We'll have your order processed & dispatched within 3 days of purchasing.

Athletes in Cape Town: Expect delivery between 3-5 days (if not sooner) from dispatch.

Athletes in other locations: Please expect delivery between 5-7 days from dispatch. 

In terms of tracking, we've partnered with Bobgo, you'll receive comms directly from them regarding tracking details once your order is on its way!

Who should I contact for courier or delivery issues?

Please contact support@bobgo.co.za with your name, address, tracking number and description of your issue. The team at BobGo will be able to assist you directly. Please cc support@everyday-atheltic.com in your mail.

I just placed an order, can I change my address and/or edit my order?

Unfortunately not, we are unable to cancel or amend orders once they have been processed.

How do I know my Everyday size?

For the best fit, please check out the sizing chart. Our apparel is true to size, but if you’re still on the fence, just give us a shout – we’re here to help!

Are you only available online?

For now, yes! Sign up to our mailer + follow our socials to get news on our pop-ups + events.
