Refund policy


Let’s work together, please take note of the following:

 

Condition: All products sent back for return or exchange must be in their original condition and packaging. We cannot accept returns or exchanges if the garment is scented, washed, damaged, or worn.

Inspection: All items will be inspected upon receipt. Returns or exchanges will only be  processed if they meet our returns standards. 

Timeframe: Customers wishing to return or exchange, must submit their return/exchange within 7 business days of receiving their order.

Refunds/Credits: For returns, customers will receive a credit for the ZAR amount of the returned item in the form of an Everyday voucher or a refund via the original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

*Exclusions: Unfortunately, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds on socks, caps, or gift cards.

Shipping: Everyday is not liable for any return shipping costs or any issues/costs incurred during the shipping process. 

 

How to return or exchange? Please follow the below steps:

  1. Please submit your return by logging into your store account & following the necessary steps.
  2. If you are unable to complete the above or don't have a store account, not to worry! Please email support@everyday-athletic.com including the below details:
    • Your name, email address + phone number
    • Specify the item for return or exchange & provide a reason (e.g., wrong size). Please ensure the product(s) are brand new & unworn. For defects, please include a description and photos of the defect.
    • Please allow 2-3 business days for Everyday to be in touch with next steps.
    • Please reuse our mailer packaging where possible.
